The Square

Each building in The Square is equipped with two passenger lifts and a service elevator. To ensure uninterrupted operation during power failures, the elevators have individual backup power supply.

The building maintains security through the use of CCTV cameras, which are monitored by the staff. They also ensure the safety of communal areas such as parking spaces, corridors, and poolside areas. Additionally, central air-conditioning and heating systems are in place to regulate indoor temperatures. Residents can rely on building management for maintenance and repair services.

Event VenueThe premises include a verdant outdoor patio encompassing beautifully landscaped parks. This charming space houses barbecue pits and an inviting seating area, providing residents with the perfect recreational spot for intimate family dinners. Additionally, for grander family gatherings, they have the option of reserving a meeting room on the sixth floor of the Movenpick Hotel within the development project.

The Hotel rooftop offers a landscaped garden, swimming pool, and fitness club for guests to enjoy. Meanwhile, the Gym in the Square provides separate sections for both males and females along with shower facilities, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi amenities. The Square offers a range of apartment options, including 524 regular apartments and 180 hotel rooms and serviced hotel apartments. The seven low-rise buildings are Al Neem, Dalia, Tala, Al Zan, Sendyan, Ayka and Afnan. Each building has five residential floors above the ground floor. You can find studios and apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms in The Square. Additionally, there are a few garden apartments on the ground floors with either 2 or 3 bedrooms available in limited numbers.

The SquareStudio apartments offer a range of floor areas from 530 sq. ft. to 652 sq. ft. Upon entering, you'll find a full bathroom followed by a compact open kitchen equipped with essential features such as a sink, exhaust hood, and room for appliances like a cooking range, washing machine, and refrigerator. These studios provide ample space for both sleeping and lounging, complete with a glass door granting access to the balcony. Furthermore, larger studio options come with built-in wardrobes in the sleeping area for added convenience.

The Square offers 1-bedroom apartments that cover an area ranging from 900 sq. ft. to 984 sq. ft. These apartments feature a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite washroom, as well as an open kitchen, guest bathroom, and ample living and dining space. Moreover, the living room is equipped with a glass door leading to the balcony.

2-Bedroom Apartments in The Square offer spacious living spaces ranging from 1,470 sq. ft. to 1,548 sq. ft., featuring a master bedroom complete with an attached bath and built-in wardrobes. In the smaller unit, the second bedroom does not feature an ensuite washroom but instead has a full bathroom conveniently located adjacent to the bedroom.

However, larger units come with en-suite baths in the second bedroom and a powder room in the living area. The living and dining area are spacious, accompanied by a closed style kitchen. Additionally, both bedrooms and the living area have access to a shared balcony.

Every building features a restricted quantity of ground floor garden apartments with three bedrooms. These particular units come equipped with private parking spaces and compact garden areas.
