The Hive

Every building is equipped with a pair of elevators, ensuring continuous operation. The Hive's elevators are supported by backup power systems, allowing them to remain functional at all times. Additionally, there is a separate service lift available within the project premises for conveniently transporting heavy luggage.

The project's two blocks are equipped with central air-conditioning and linked to Empower's district cooling plant. In addition, there is round-the-clock security provided by CCTV cameras and staff members. Moreover, a team of onsite maintenance personnel ensures the upkeep of infrastructure amenities.

Block B features a shared lounge area on its ground floor, which can be utilized by residents for intimate family get-togethers.

The fitness facility located on the ground floor of block B is expansive and well-equipped, offering a gym within the Hive that features state-of-the-art exercise machines as well as ample space for yoga and workout activities.

Lifestyle amenities encompass a rooftop pool for leisurely swims and ground floor retail options.

Both buildings feature distinct reception areas located on the ground floor, specifically at the residential entrance. The dedicated desk personnel in each building offer 24/7 concierge services to cater to both guests and residents alike.

The Hive is a project that warmly welcomes pets.

Fire safety equipment, namely smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, is installed in all apartments as well as common functional areas to ensure the safety of residents. These measures are put in place to provide immediate assistance during unexpected fire incidents.

The Hive, located in Dubai Studio City, offers a range of apartment options. With 200 studios and both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available, each unit includes one or more balconies. No matter the size or layout, all apartments cater to the varied needs of residents.

The bedrooms feature double glazed windows for insulation, while the entire apartment showcases an elegant appearance with tiled flooring. Additionally, the bathrooms and kitchens are well-appointed with necessary amenities. The bathrooms boast high-quality sanitary ware, while the kitchen includes wooden cabinets, a sink, and stone countertops.

The Hive offers studio apartments that cover an area of 583.83 sq. ft., featuring open-plan layouts. Upon entering, there is a cooking area located at the foyer entrance. Moving beyond that, you will find a spacious living and sleeping area, accompanied by a full bathroom on the left side. Additionally, all units are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors leading to the balcony.

1-Bedroom Apartments in the Hive consist of 1-bedroom flats with a range of built-up areas from 674 sq. ft. to 834 sq. ft. Each apartment features en-suite bathrooms connected to the bedrooms, as well as a guest washroom and an open kitchen upon entry through the foyer. Additionally, there is a spacious living and dining area that grants access to a balcony through glass doors. The larger units boast expansive balconies, while select few also include a shared balcony accessible from both the living room and bedroom areas.

The Hive offers spacious 2-bedroom apartments, which are the largest among the different types of units available. These apartments range in size from 1,165 sq. ft. to 1,631 sq. ft., providing ample space for comfortable living. Each bedroom is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes. However, the master bedroom stands out as it is generously sized and connected to a private balcony for added luxury and relaxation. In addition to this, both the kitchen and living room also have their own separate balconies that can be accessed through glass doors. The entrance foyer includes a conveniently located powder room and a closed style kitchen completes these well-appointed apartments in The Hive complex.
