The Gate Tower

The Gate Tower includes 6 fast passenger elevators and 1 service elevator. Additionally, escalators are available on the ground floor retail area leading to the lobby. Elevators in both The Gate Towers and The Arc are strategically distributed across high-rise and low-rise floors, enhancing their overall efficiency.

The Gate Tower provides a range of amenities for its residents, including security, central air-conditioning, and maintenance services. The premises are equipped with CCTV cameras and have dedicated security personnel who ensure the safety of the site at all times. Moreover, in addition to their duties in common areas, the security staff is stationed at the entrance of each building. Residents benefit from constant access to facility management and maintenance services around the clock. Tabreed supplies district cooling for this renowned development. Additionally, each floor features a centrally located rubbish chute for convenient disposal purposes.

The event space at the podium is equipped with exclusive recreational zones and barbecue amenities for the residents' enjoyment.

Tower 1 and the Arc in the Gate Towers, Abu Dhabi have their own individual health clubs, while Tower 2 and Tower 3 share a gym. All of these gyms are fully equipped with advanced exercise machines. Moreover, on the 3rd floor of the Arc, residents can find two squash courts for their enjoyment.

Gate Towers & the Arc do not allow pets.

Some layouts even feature an entrance lobby or foyer entry with built-in wardrobes for additional storage. Other designs have the main entrance located in the kitchen. On the 6th floor, the studios are more spacious, ranging from 699 sq. ft. to 1,255 sq. ft., and they also come with terraces adorned with lush green areas.

Gate Towers offer a range of layouts for their 1-bedroom apartments in Tower 1, 2, and 3. The floor area of units in Tower 1 and Tower 3 spans from 699 sq. ft. to 1,054 sq. ft., while in Tower 2, the built-up area of apartments ranges between 810 sq.ft. to 993 sq.ft.

The Gate Tower offers 1-bedroom apartments that feature a spacious master bedroom with an attached bathroom, a powder room, a laundry area, and an open living and dining space. The apartments also include an open kitchen and foyer entry. Some layouts even have the addition of a dressing room in the bedroom and a study room at the foyer entry. In most cases, the laundry room is a separate small room with its own door. However, there are a few layouts where the laundry area is combined within the powder room to optimize space.

Arc at The Gate Tower has 1-bedroom apartments available, some with a balcony and others with a terrace. The floor area of the units with balconies ranges from 822 sq. ft. to 1,072 sq. ft., while those with terraces and green areas span between 1,410 sq. ft. to 1,563 sq. ft. Each apartment includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, laundry room, and powder room. Additionally, larger units feature a dressing room for added convenience.

Meanwhile, Tower 2 offers different dimensions, with built-up areas varying from 1,577 sq. ft. to 1,928 sq. ft. These apartments come in unique layouts to suit your preferences. Each layout typically includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room based on the floor area.

The rest of the bedrooms either come with an en-suite bathroom or a separate bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The option for a maid's room is also provided, with or without its own washroom. Additionally, there is a powder room, study area, laundry space, and a full bathroom located next to the maid's room in the layout. Some units offer two master bedrooms – one featuring both a dressing room and an attached bath, while the other solely has an attached bath.

The floor area of townhouses in The Gate Towers ranges from 2,400 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. These units are duplexes that come with spacious balconies and private parking spaces.
