ABOUT ZONE 30

The Zone 30 area, located within Mohammed Bin Zayed City, is nearing completion of its development. Comprised solely of villas, it maintains the tradition of its parent community by offering inexpensive and calm residential options in Abu Dhabi.

Situated on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed Bin Zayed City (also known as MBZ or Zayed City) covers an area of approximately 45km. This mixed-use community is presently being developed and has been named after His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Once completed, it will be considered a self-contained city within Abu Dhabi.

Encompassing an array of facilities, the neighborhood mainly comprises residential units including villas available in various layouts. Al Wathba Wetland Reserve can be reached within a 23-minute drive by taking Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed International Road (E11). It's one of the few remaining wetlands on Earth with only around 2,000 left worldwide. The reserve was recognized for its protection efforts and added to the IUCN Green List in 2018. In addition to enjoying lush green scenery, visitors can spot an array of wildlife, such as over 260 bird species, 16 reptiles, and 10 mammals. There are also around 5,000 resident flamingos to admire.

To get to Yas Island, simply take the E11 highway and you'll arrive in about half an hour.
