These constraints include the absence of essential communal facilities and public transportation. As Zone 8 is situated on the eastern side of the development, far from the primary access route, residents will need to take a more extended path to leave the community. Fortunately, these issues are likely to resolve once the area reaches maturity.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

It is no doubt a great place to make investments, but people planning to relocate to Hydra Village Abu Dhabi before its completion might have to bear a few limitations in mind. These include lack of basic communal amenities and public transport. Since it is at the eastern side of the development, away from the main access road, Zone 8 residents will have to take a longer route to exit the community. These issues should be solved once the community matures.
