The DWC Golf City, situated in the Dubai World Central or Dubai South area, is a collaborative off-plan project between Emaar Properties and the Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC). The Memorandum of Understanding between these two entities was signed in 2008 for the construction of the Golf District.
