Located on Ibrahim Mohammed Al Medfa'a St (S118), Grand Mall Sharjah is the primary mall in Al Musalla. Even though it's not as sizable as other Sharjah malls like Mega Mall, it provides an excellent indoor shopping experience where you can purchase groceries, clothing, shoes and electronics all in one spot. This mall also features a few restaurants and numerous kiosks that sell perfumes and oud. It was recently constructed in 2019 and is a fairly new addition to the community.

In Al Musalla, there are only a few dining options available. One of which is High Broast Restaurant that falls under the category of fast-food and casual dining. This restaurant offers a range of BBQ food items like grilled lamb and chicken kebabs along with fried chicken. For those looking for authentic Egyptian cuisine, Amoon Restaurant is highly recommended. They serve traditional dishes such as falafels and hummus in addition to other snacks.
