MBAL Real Estate is a Real Estate Developers, property development company in the Dubai Real Estate sector. To comply with RERA regulations, Mostafa Bin Abdullatif Real Estate Development Co. was incorporated to develop and market freehold developments in the Emirate of Dubai. SOUTH RESIDENCES, a 132 apartment, residential building in Jumeirah Village Circle, is the first freehold development undertaken by this entity. Future freehold residential and commercial projects are already planned for launch under the banner of Mostafa Bin Abdullatif Real Estate Development Co.
