Dubai Culture Village is a waterfront community with many high-rise residential towers and D1 Tower is one of them. This skyscraper features an estimated height of 284 metres (932 ft. ) consisting of 80 floors. Overall, the building has around 528 units with studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom apartments. There are also 7-bedroom penthouses housed on the top floors of the tower. D1 Tower, Jaddaf is owned by Enshaa who had purchased it from Emirates Sunland Group. The tower was a joint development project by Dubai Properties Group and Emirates Sunland Group. The architectural firm that developed the framework for this building is Holford Associates. Its construction began in 2007 and it was up and ready for handover in 2015. In terms of rankings, D1 Tower, Al Jaddaf ranks at231 amongst the tallest buildings in the world. Regionally, it stands at 45th place amongst the tallest building in the Middle East.
